Thanksgiving

So its now technically thanksgiving, seeing as Im posting this at 12:something in the morning

Now I look at my life and I have sooo much to be thankful for.

I have an amazing family, who couldn't be more loving and supporting.

No matter what life throws at me, I know I have a home in their hearts.

I have friends till the ends. Both old pals, and newer ones.

My school mates, church friends, and now my college fellow stags.

They are the ones who day to day keep my head above the darkness of this world.

I am thankful for the opportunities I have had in life.

I couldn't have been more blessed in what I was offered, and I am so thankful for that

I have been so blessed in my whole life

I have always had the ability to do or have just about anything (not that I did)

But this has weighed especially on my heart lately as I have aged and gained some wisdom

I have looked back at my life and all i can say is , Wooow.

God has truly blessed my life and the lives of my family.

We have been through a lot but we have always made it through ok.

So I thank you my Lord, thank you for caring for me and my family

Oh and obviously I am super thankful for my best friend in the whole world

i dont know where to start, she literally is my better half

She has this way about her that is just oh so special

She is the only person who can make me smile in my darkest hours

I had never thought some one could mean to me what she does

She came into my life and changed my outlook on it

She put an end to my self criticalness for her thoughts on me are all that matter

She never fails to remind me that I don't need to understand why we are together

She just tells me to shut up and accept it and just to be happy with us

And in truth I am, I am delighted with what I have with her.

She is the reason I have the strength to face each new day

She is the reason I dread falling asleep each night

If I could Id never stop telling her how special she is

I could sit here for days and just type out all the reasons why she is amazing

I am so thankful for her

I am thankful she saw past what I hated about me

I am thankful she saw something in me to like (thought I don't know what it is)

I am thankful she gave me a reason to chase after her

I am thankful she lets me treat her like the princess she is

I am thankful she cares for me

I am thankful she likes me

I am thankful she lets me like her

I am thankful she knows that I care, and that all I do is for her

I am thankful she chose Fairfield

I am thankful she chose to befriend me

I am thankful she chose to go to the scavenger hunt with me

I am thankful she chose me

I am thankful life put us together

I am thankful for her
